The shape of the grinder, with a height of 17 centimeters, was designed to fit perfectly in your hand and make grinding with it truly fun.

This is ensured by the combination of two materials. The body of the grinder itself is made of first-class porcelain, while the grinder's head is made of wood. Together they create an aesthetic contrast, which in this case combines a dark gray color with the natural coloring of walnut. It is simply an accessory that will adorn your kitchen and serve as a perfect helper, for example when grinding dark red Kampot pepper.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly immediately in 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by 25-year warranty, thanks to which you are assured that this Grinder something will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you affect its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper flavor will be. On the contrary, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic notes of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly balls into the chamber straight from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this purpose. A rag is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep your Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully above steam.
