The design of the 17-centimeter-tall grinder has been conceived to fit perfectly in the hand and prevent slipping. This also applies to the grinder head, which is easy to handle and offers a perfect response from the grinding mechanism hidden in the body of the grinder.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®, which can uniformly grind peppercorns or salt at precisely 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty, ensuring that this Grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of the pepper, you affect its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the unique exotic tones of Kampot pepper to your dish.

When refilling the grinder, never use your bare hands; instead, tip the restless pellets directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget to regularly clean your Grinder. However, never use water or chemical cleaners for this. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep the Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully above any steam.

Materials

For this Grinder we have chosen dark brown walnut with a gorgeous and always completely original wood grain. This allows the grinder’s special surface finish, which also extends the grinder’s lifespan, to stand out.
