Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you affect its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the flavor of the pepper will be. On the contrary, larger fragments impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless little balls into the chamber straight from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for that. A rag is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil.
