Bio ghee is pure butter fat suitable for any kind of heat treatment – moreover from fresh butter from organic farms, and in season even in grass-fed quality. You can recognize bio ghee at first glance – it is yellower than the classic one. And if it is freshly cooked from grass-fed butter, that yellowness will literally shine at you from the pantry. With that, of course, we also smuggle a greater amount of vitamins and also CLA acid into the ghee.

Thanks to omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, it helps lubricate the nervous system and brain. Butyric acid protects the intestines from inflammation and helps maintain a healthy insulin level in the body. Ghee also improves digestion and supports weight loss – the energy from fatty acids helps burn fat, while also binding toxins and free radicals, which it removes from the body.

Ghee is simply a superfood – even for those allergic to lactose. By clarifying, we remove the allergen from the butter, but the taste and aroma remain. Even those who usually have to abstain from butter can enjoy it.

We pack ghee in jars with a volume of 340 ml. Organic ghee does not need to be refrigerated and can last up to 24 months unopened. It has a high smoke point, so it does not burn. After frying with ghee, you won't feel heavy – quite the opposite.
