The high-quality seasoning blends Chefs' Touch are the result of a collaboration with the award-winning Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the top ranks of MasterChef cooking competitions and chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He joined forces with the German Michelin chef Patrik Jaroš and together they created the perfect final seasoning for both the kitchen and grill for all types of dishes.

This blend is designed to highlight the natural taste of river, lake, and sea fish and to impart them with perfect depth, along with the zesty freshness of citrus, mint, and aromatic tarragon, which are an indispensable part of both fish and shrimp.

Ingredients

The exceptional red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a subtler spiciness.

Initially, tones of pink and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as those of citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.
