Individual types of Kampot pepper differ from each other in their taste and aroma.

Rare Red Kampot pepperis an explosion of fruity tones with a milder pungency. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Green freeze-dried Kampot pepper brings the maximum fresh taste of green peppercorns. Even in this case, expect a peppery flavor full of spiciness in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green freeze-dried pepper combines fresh notes of freshly cut grass, green tea, and citrus with a subtle hint of sea salt flavor.

Dark chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, minimum 70% cocoa solids.

Milk chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, minimum 54% cocoa solids.

White chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, minimum 40% cocoa solids.

Strawberry chocolate
