To produce 100 g of freeze-dried Niva, we use approximately 180 g of fresh ingredients.

Niva is an exceptional cheese with a robust flavor, packed with health benefits and protein.

Thanks to the gentle lyophilization process, it retains all of its nutritional content, including flavor, so you can fully enjoy it.
