The 17-centimeter-tall Grinder was designed to be an ornament for every kitchen, perfectly fit perfectly and grinding with it was a delight. You can combine Grinder with other types of Scandinavian grinders so that you always have freshly ground Kampot pepper at hand.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right at 14 levels of coarseness. A guarantee applies to the entire patented mechanism 25-year warranty, thanks to which you are assured that this Grinder something will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper pepper taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but tip the unruly pellets into the chamber directly from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical products for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully when operating above steam.

Materials

This Scandinavian Grinder is made of light oak wood.

Thanks to this, it is an almost immortal tool with which you will grind until the end of your life. The surface treatment of the material not only highlights the always absolutely original mark of the wood, but also ensures its easy maintenance.

A mill head is also made from the same material, thanks to which grinding is simple and perfectly precise. It fits excellently in the hand, does not slip, and withstands an endless number of turns.
