Together with almonds, it creates a harmonious and balanced taste that tempts you to take another bite. Most people here are used to nougat being a hazelnut cream. This cream is usually very rich, and therefore we decided to follow the tradition of Western Europe and the greatest gourmets from France, Spain, and Italy, where the name nougat is reserved for a dish made from honey, almonds, and egg whites.

Unfortunately, this term is devalued here by a product known as Turkish delight, whose quality is diametrically different from our nougat – delicate, melting on the tongue.

Ingredients: roasted almonds, Czech honey (min. 28%), sugar, glucose syrup, water, dried egg whites, wafer paper (potato starch, water). May contain peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in the Czech Republic.
