Open a bar at home and taste our .pepper..cocktails

You no longer have to go to a bar – we bring the bar to you! As one of the first in the Czech Republic, we offer luxurious mixed drinks as if you were in one of the best bars in New York. Our RTD cocktails are "ready to drink ", meaning already prepared and premixed for your convenience. In every 350 ml bottle, you will find up to four servings of a strong drink mixed by bartender Marcel Jinoch – so you can enjoy them at home, on a picnic, or give them as a unique gift. All you need is ice, and you can enjoy a toast. Gimlet with white Kampot pepper Who said coriander belongs only in food? Gimlet based on gin, smelling like a Cambodian market. Lots of gin infused with fresh coriander and sweet coconut, all complemented by the taste of Italian organic citrus thanks to Circular lemon from Landcraft. Finished with white Kampot pepper, which very gently complements all Asian flavors. Toast with a drink containing 23.4% alcohol. Manhattan with red Kampot pepper Only quality whiskey, angostura made from herbs and spices, and syrup from red Kampot pepper. A beautiful, strong, classic drink with a long finish and the greatest spiciness. The beautiful finishing touch of the entire Manhattan is Landcraft Turmut – a vermouth aged in cherry barrels, which makes the drink wonderfully fragrant and rich in flavor. Treat yourself to a glass with 25.3% alcohol. Margarita with green Kampot pepper A sophisticated absinthe margarita with green Kampot pepper and Landcraft birch tonic. A type of cocktail unlike anything you have tasted at a bar before. Tequila combined with absinthe forms a strong base, beautifully complemented by sweet agave, the saltiness and heat of fresh green Kampot pepper, and the rough Birch tonic, which hides elderflower and birch sap. Dare to enjoy one with 25.6% alcohol. The inspiration for this refined range of mixed drinks comes from our travels across the USA. But great thanks for their creation go to the most qualified people we sat down with – bartender Marcel Jinoch and the artisan distillery Landcraft. Marcel mixed cocktails for six years in New York at the famous Le Pavillon, known to celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Jeff Bezos, and Taylor Swift, and he is very well known on the Czech bar scene because he brings new trends from NY to us. You already know Ondra, Petr, and Jana from Landcraft – they are responsible for our first limited .pepper..gin. Now they not only took care of the production of the cocktails but also each bottle contains one of their iconic distillates, liqueurs, or vermouths, which they handcraft in their gardens in Tursko.

What is hidden behind .pepper..gin?

As you probably already know, pepper can be cleverly combined with a whole range of interesting ingredients that you would never have dreamed of. You may have already tried adding a pinch of pepper to ice cream or coffee. But how about trying to combine hot pepper with an even sharper gin? Although this combination may seem like a challenge only for the bravest, the opposite is true. Pepper gin will be loved by every fan of exotic flavors. True gin with a touch of exoticism If you have ever tasted gin, you have certainly noticed primarily the taste of its most important ingredient, which is juniper. However, each producer has a different recipe that gives the gin a variety of flavor tones. Our gin with Kampot pepper is a small extract of everything we love about Cambodia. In a special edition that contains only 999 bottles, you will find subtle tones of mango, coriander, complemented by citrus, ginger, ginseng, and lemongrass. Crowning it all is Kampot green pepper, which was used in the production of the gin for the very first time. We ourselves also worked on our first po(ck)gin We prepared this gin for you in collaboration  with the small craft distillery  Landcraft. These guys are incredible experimenters who see every fruit as a liquefiable extract of happiness. With their help, we put together a real unique product that we are incredibly proud of and that will please everyone. Even Cambodians! We really enjoyed the production process ourselves, squeezing fresh mango and tasting countless combinations of herbs and infusions until it was just right. Not only does our gin taste great on its own, but you can also mix an excellent drink from it. The best accompaniments are mango tonic or mango juice. During preparation, add a few berries of our  red Kampot pepper into the glass, pour in a suitable amount of gin, and finally add what is called a brake, meaning one of the above-mentioned non-alcoholic drinks. You will see that our gin will bring you a completely new taste experience that cannot be compared to any other similar drink!
