Hi, I'm Lukáš Zach, but most know me as Zachyho. In 2012 I started with a small field where I grown herbs and vegetables.
Gradually this passion turned into a creation Authentic Italian Pest - like our red pesto with dried tomatoes and basil.

Our red pesto is built on the base of dried tomatoes that mature in the sun and bring in an intense, sweet and sour taste.
This taste is complemented by fresh basil and two iconic Italian cheeses - Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Corsaro.
The result is a rich, creamy texture with an authentic Italian touch that will take you to the world of true tastes and enjoyment of Italy.

The composition matters! Our pesto contains only carefully selected ingredients:

Composition: 42 % dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano dop (24 months) cheese, pecorino cheese Romano, sunflower seeds, 4 % basil, garlic, salt, pepper, citronic acid
