Lyopotraviny s.r.o. is a small family business that deals with freeze-drying of food.

Simply put, we freeze-dry food. We remove water from food, but not nutrients and vitamins. We founded the company because we are not satisfied with the quality of freeze-dried food that appears on the Czech market. We try to support agriculture in the Czech Republic! Our suppliers are from all corners of the Czech Republic, mainly gardeners, small farmers, or smaller orchards. Therefore, you will not find any other fruit or vegetables in our products than those grown in the Czech Republic, except for exotic fruit, which we have included at your request, but here too we have maintained the philosophy of ripening in the original landscape. Exotic fruits come in most cases from Vietnam, where they also ripen, then they are subsequently imported to us in frozen form and we then freeze-dry them.

Composition

Tvarůžky offers us mainly proteins.

The great thing is that they also contain very little fat. The disadvantage is that they contain quite a lot of salt. They are made by ripening, most often from cow's milk. Thanks to their high protein content and low fat content, they seem to be an ideal food for diets and athletes. A unique taste and distinctive aroma that everyone knows. Genuine Olomouc cheeses are absolutely unmistakable and we now offer them in freeze-dried form.

Ingredients: 100% freeze-dried cheeses (cottage cheese, edible salt - max. 5.5%, dairy culture, E500, E170)

For spreads, in onion dip or as a partner to beer - tvarůžky are perfect everywhere.
