Characteristic

When beautiful design and perfect functionality come together, a tool is created that you won't want to put down.

The shape of the grinder, 17 centimeters in height, is designed to fit perfectly in your hand, making grinding truly enjoyable.

This is guaranteed by the combination of two materials. The body of the grinder is made of premium porcelain, while the head of the grinder is wooden. Together they create an aesthetic contrast, which in this case combines dark gray color with the natural hue of walnut. Simply put, it is an accessory that will become an ornament in your kitchen and a perfect helper, for example, when grinding dark red Kampot pepper.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly in 14 degrees of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty, ensuring that this grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber, using a spoon or funnel to help. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil are sufficient. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful when operating it over steam.

Materials

These Scandinavian grinders combine the advantages of a porcelain body with a wooden head.

Porcelain gives the grinder durability, stability and is also very low-maintenance. The matte finish ensures that the grinder will never slip in your hand.

The head of the grinder is made from Scandinavian walnut. Not only does this combination lend the grinder a unique Nordic design, but it is also practical. Thanks to the lightness of the wood, operating the mechanism is easy, quick, and precise.
